When ever to start being “really smart”?
Every crisis brings new perspectives. The same is true of the coronavirus pandemic, which has virtually stopped social life across our planet within two months. The streets of usually crowded cities have been emptied, much of the offices have been abandoned, and roads are half empty. We had to start feverishly implementing all of the transformation processes we had been discussing for a long time within a few days. We were fully aware of the strength of the technology we surrounded us. So - really realized?
INELS RF Control wireless drivers now in the glass!
The wireless (RF) range has long been dominated by plastic switches with frames made of materials such as plastic, wood, metal or granite. While these switches are still popular they not always suitable for modern, clean interiors and most importantly - it is not always possible to intervene in finished walls so that we can elevate the appearance of our already built homes to a more elegant space. As a result, the glass switch with the RFGB-20/40 SHARP (with sharp edges) and RFGB220 / 240 ROUND (with rounded edges) markers were added to the switch family in 2020.

The story of the Hungarian State Opera: even a Neo-Renaissance building can be smart
When the renowned Hungarian architect Miklós Ybl designed the neo-renaissance building of the Hungarian State Opera in the second half of the 19th century, he probably suspected it would become the pride of the Pest district and one of the most visited cultural sites of the then Hungarian Empire. What he could not have guessed at the time was that it would be less than fifty years later full of smart technologies that would control lighting, appliances, or help save the famous booth. Just as the technology from the second part of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy - the Holesov company iNELS - will take care of technological innovations during the major reconstruction of the building.
